Did you know that two of the "Big" real estate companies in Western New York are now attempting to charge their buyers and sellers a "Regulatory Compliance Fee" when they sign contracts to purchase or sell a home.  As if paying a 7% commission isn't enough, these companies are now trying to squeeze an additional $95.00 to $99.00 additional commission in the form of this new fee.

If you are working with one of the "Big" companies, before you list your home or shop for a home you should ask your agent if they plan on charging you this "extra" fee.
